About this course
This survey if for ITL faculty to gauge how they feel about ACI Learning. The survey covers; curriculum, textbooks, LMS, the support they receive from the administration, the support they get for their professional development/supervisor, do they feel they have academic freedom, etc.

This survey will allow us make adjustments to better serve our students and faculty.

Really love being an instructor, strive to do better every class period. Been reading "Uncommon Sense Teaching" by Engineering Professor Barbara Oakley to go beyond merely relaying information but to improve information retention by students. One of the main ways to improve learning is to hold their attention... Using some of the information mentioned in the book, I actually use stage lighting aimed at my face and some high-end audio equipment so that my online classes are more conversational podcasts than dry, technical lectures; good reviews so far.
The class material and classes are great. One thing I would suggest is that at all location we get two Instructor Mentors. One for an AM shift and one for a PM shift.
