Appraisal meetings are part of any manager’s role. In this one-day session, we will look at how to plan the meeting, deliver the meeting, and set the meeting on a course that will deliver positive outcomes for both manager and team member.
Managers can find these meetings to be stressful and cumbersome. Still, through our step-by-step plan, managers will have the tools to create and deliver focused, positive appraisals and ensure they are opportunities to set future goals for training, performance improvements, and other needed outcomes. This session is very interactive, with many opportunities for role play, feedback and plenary discussion.
