Description
Meetings happen daily, which means minutes happen daily. Minute taking is a high level, attention to detail task that often has high-value stakes. This session will look at why accurate minutes matter, ways to improve the start to end process, time management around that and the overall effectiveness of the process. Delegates will leave the room with practical strategies that they can implement immediately. This session will be one for reflection, understanding the process, and creating successful tools to move the process forward.
