Resilience and the Imposter Syndrome

Description

What will be covered?
On occasion you might feel undeserving of your achievements, feel like a fraud or

resilience alongside our colleagues. This will help us to become a more effective

To develop and equip all staff with the skills needed to identify when your thinking
pattern is resulting in Imposter Syndrome, learn hints and tips to overcome these
patterns whilst building resilience in our new hybrid workforce.

• Explain how it can impact personally, career wise and also on others
