Course Overview
The NEBOSH Construction Certificate (UK) is highly regarded in the UK as a qualification in health and safety. I
t is designed for individuals working in the construction industry who have health and safety responsibilities, such as managers, supervisors, and site workers.
The certificate provides them with the necessary knowledge and skills to protect themselves and others in the workplace. It gives you practical skills and technical knowledge to recognise and evaluate risks in a construction environment and addresses vital health and safety issues encountered in this industry.
Upon completion of the course, you will have the knowledge and skills to establish and oversee a health and safety management system that complies with the Construction Design and Management (CDM) Regulations, as well as learn to recognise, evaluate, and manage construction-related hazards and risks.
Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS Scheme) Eligibility
The NEBOSH construction course is positioned within the Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework (SCQF) at SCQF Level 7, corresponding to RQF/CQFW Level 4 in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
As a result, obtaining this certification makes you qualified to apply for a CSCS Academically Qualified Person Card.
