Description

Early Career Management and Development has been designed and successfully delivered by ABSTRACT as an early career development programme. Participants will typically be in more junior roles and are likely to have been identified for future career progression. For example, this may include post-graduate and/or post-apprentice scheme delegates.

Early Career Management and Development can be delivered as a stand-alone programme but is also positioned as a forerunner to our award-winning AMBITION and ACCELERATE Programmes. Early Career Management and Development introduces topics that are covered in more depth in AMBITION and ACCELERATE, but in shorter, 90-minute soundbite sessions offering a neat and impactful introduction to topics that they will need as their career develops.
