About this course
This programme enables the smooth transition from being part of a team to leading a team. Ideal for individuals who have recently been promoted to team leader, or are looking to be promoted in the near future.
When we have become proficient at our job and promotion seems like the logical next step, we are hopeful and motivated. It can often become apparent that being part of the team, is very different to supervising the team. Even the simplest of things, like questioning time keeping can become difficult and isolating. The course helped me dig deep to find the qualities that had faded due to skill fade, the course was delivered in the highest standard possible. At first I was't keen on the homework phase but as the course went on, it became apparent as to why we had to do it. This course has made me more focused and motivated in the ares that it highlighted, to me, that I was falling short on.
