I really appreciated this course with Sarah. I don’t personally work with Uk liability claims and it was useful that she started from the beginning to then build more concepts.
I thoroughly enjoyed the course! Sarah was a fantastic teacher and her wealth of knowledge and approach was really helpful in helping me feel comfortable to interject and ask questions. I thought the real world scenario cases were essential in trying to cement the knowledge gone over throughout the course. The interactive board was a great addition and allowed Sarah to ask us questions and for us to get feedback on our thoughts and knowledge. The quiz nearing the end of the liability section was a highlight as it was a chance for us to show off newly learned knowledge but did not feel penalised for any incorrect answers.
Sarah is a great trainer and her knowledge is so in-depth, no question is too silly to ask.
