1. There were no scheduled break times, nor were we provided any hints to take breaks if required.
2. Sessions ran until 2.30/2.45 pm leaving no time for lunch break. When the day finished and we went for the lunch and the kitchen had closed.
3. This was reported on the second day morning and still the same routine happened.
4. On both the days we had to buy lunch for ourselves. For course worth £1700; not being able to organise itself so that delegates get time for breaks and lunch does not support the point of better management; being taught during the training.
5. Appreciate the Ipads provided along with other merchandise, just wasn't a great feeling to see a Refurb handed out. Appreciate that we are going green and refurbs are good as new ones and evertything else, But still think it might be a good idea to make people aware upfront by putting a * next to ipad and explaining the logic behind providing refurbs. I regularly attend these trainings across the world and havent seen any other org giving out Ipads as yet, so thats definitely a Plus just that when you see a refurb the excitement dies down a little bit.
Finally, I did provide this feedback to Aneeta in person so that you can make this course better. But what I could see was, she was a bit uncomfortable receiving the feedback and started being more defensive (and aggressive to a certain extent). Thats why I didnt provide a video feedback on the day, and wasnt providing a written feedback until now. But after persistent email badgering I am re-iterating the feedabck. In complete honesty this is one of the best courses I have attended till date and the feedback is an honest effort to enable you guys to make it still better by fine tuning further, if you feel the need. Thanks
