Description
The 4 Hour Automated External Defibrillation course is essentially split in to 3 parts. The first part concentrates on ensuring that the delegate can perform High Quality Minimally Interrupted Chest Compressions. The second part is geared to the principles relating to Cardiac Arrest and Defibrillation, and how to ensure that the casualty gets absolutely the best chance of survival in extreme and traumatic circumstances. The final part comprises of completing the requirement to satisfy the HSE's recommendation on course content for the Annual Skills Update. Where possible we will endeavour to use exactly the same training defibrillator the delegates have at their workplace. At Albacare complimentary tea, coffee, fruit and biscuits are provided.
