About this course
Traditional “influencing techniques” often aren’t appropriate when you’re collaborating to solve problems together. In this one-day workshop, you will learn ways to become more influential amongst the people you work with regularly, while creating spaces where they can easily speak up, too.

It’s great and I like how it’s structured to have activities in between small chunks of presentation. I like how the trainer responded to questions - clear and made people felt comfortable. One thing I would suggest is about how to make the course more relevant to the situation which might be different for everyone.
Interesting a well run course, but we are a very diverse team so difficult to have a general training course to suit all of our different job types.
