Description
Both Schools and Early Years Providers have an obligation to put policies and procedures in place for children who suffer from severe allergies. This not only covers first aid and immediate treatment of a child in anaphylactic shock but also advice on how to create a joint up approach to treatment and prevention.
This course is only 2-hours in duration or can be completed as a 1-hour add-on to the Paediatric First Aid course.
This course is ideal for all those who have children with severe allergies in their care. This can also be beneficial to individuals with a family member or friend who also has a severe allergy.
