Rachael was very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. I felt that I gained a lot of value from the sessions and there was a lot of information within the limited time we had available. Obviously, with the course being free this meant that more value would come out of the course. My only constructive feedback would be on the structure of the session. Rachael used a PowerPoint in here session, however she kept taking it off and putting back on the screen when needed to referred to it. This makes the session feel sporadic. If you can keep it on, I would find it better. Also have a clear structure explained to me in the first 5mins of the session, helps me know from the outset what will be discussed. Overall, very good session and I will be recommending mu colleagues to join sessions in the future.
I very much enjoyed the course and it was refreshing to be somewhere so welcoming, and friendly, and positive.
Delivery of the program was highly professional. Dez was completely encouraging and interactive using his excellent acting skills to get his point across. He was very engaging & personable yet managed to reach the whole class as a group. His enthusiasm was very motivating! Content was exemplary! Applied the right balance of theory, explained everything thoroughly, acted out scenes, demonstrated so we understood what exactly crucial conversations was about and the importance of having them. He shared his own experiences & reflected on them. There was a great authenticity about him If anyone has ever motivated me to apply myself & given me confidence then this gentleman has done it! I even put myself forward for role play! He created a great calming atmosphere, enough to encourage confidence which I feel I can apply to my delivery in training for customers. I highly recommend this training for all staff across the organisation but in particular the trainer, Dez who was truly inspirational! He paced the training really well, was very constructive in his approach yet complimentary. Found it surprisingly therapeutic & didn't want the day to end! I am looking forward to future training for presentations/public speaking? This is the feedback I gave to One Manchester
