About this course
This course is designed to give you the tools and skills required to gather data conduct the analysis needed to determine your organization’s skill gap.
By attending this course, you will have the ability develop and deliver training in your area of expertise. The workshop gives you the essentials of good course design and delivery.
It is a standard practice to measure outcomes of activities in organizations. This course teaches you the skills for effectively assessing efficacy of training in your organization.
The course will wrap with a summary of the key learning points, followed by an action planning exercise with a view to apply the acquired knowledge and skills immediately upon your return to work. Post-course support is also available in relation to the implementation of your action plan, up to six (6) months following course completion.
