WHAT'S INCLUDED
The 4-day PRINCE2® Foundation course prepares the attendees to take the PRINCE2® Foundation Certification exam. The four learning outcomes are:
- Understand key concepts relating to projects and PRINCE2®
- Understand how the PRINCE2® principles underpin the PRINCE2® method
- Understand the PRINCE2® themes and how they are applied throughout the project
- Understand the PRINCE2® processes and how they are carried out throughout the project

COURSE INCLUDES

REQUIREMENTS
The event is recommended for team leaders, project assurance and project support staff who are responsible for managing/supporting projects using PRINCE2®. The course is suitable for all staff working on any type of project.
Previous experience of PRINCE2® is not necessary.

This was a very good insightful course and provided a lot of insights into prince2. I think the only thing i noticed was that towards the end of the week it was pretty tiring being on call for so long but completed the course and learned a lot. Thanks to Sean to doing the training he delievred the content very well and helped with any issues that we ran into. I think in the foundatation course the content could be toned down a little bit as there was a lot to consume in a small period of time and a lot of the content wasnt used or needed. I liked the samples in the slides and book as they relayed the points in a very easy manner.
