This course highlights the potential impacts to overall organizational governance as a result of Operations management decisions and actions, and leads delegates through a process of ensuring Operational compliance. It focuses on building effective Performance reporting systems, not only to demonstrate progress and achievement of set key performance indicators, but also to highlight to the wider organization the specific and measurable contribution of the Operations Management function both from financial and quality perspectives.
This course leads delegates through the key elements of incorporating sustainability within Operations management activities to lessen the impact upon the environment. It includes a diagnostic toolkit to enable delegates to implement their learning and expands to include the concept of “Triple Bottom Line” to objectively measure and ensure People, Planet and Profit are demonstrably aligned with day to day operations.
The course will wrap with a summary of the key learning points, followed by an action planning exercise with a view to apply the acquired knowledge and skills immediately upon your return to work.
