Description
This course contextualizes the importance of aligning the Operations Strategy to overall organizational Strategy, and details the key planning techniques employed to achieve effective resource management within Operations. It leads delegates through the key approaches to understanding and assessing key Operations deliverables, and also incorporates effective change management within Operations.
This course also explores the effective allocation and management of organizational resources including: Financial, Time, and Human Resources. It expands to incorporate effective risk management and the importance of building a resilient Operations Strategy that is capable of coping with a range of changes and risks.
The course will wrap with a summary of the key learning points, followed by an action planning exercise with a view to apply the acquired knowledge and skills immediately upon your return to work. Post-course support is also available in relation to the implementation of your action plan, up to six (6) months following course completion.
