Description
Train the Trainer is designed for professionals who need to deliver learning in a clear, engaging, and credible way. Whether participants are new to training or already have subject expertise, the course focuses on the practical skills needed to move from simply sharing information to creating structured learning that others can understand, retain, and apply.
The course explores how adults learn, how to define clear learning outcomes, and how to design training that is purposeful and well paced. Participants will build confidence in planning sessions, structuring content, using activities effectively, and facilitating groups in a way that encourages participation, reflection, and real learning rather than passive listening.
A strong emphasis is placed on live delivery and practical application. Participants will develop the skills to manage group dynamics, use materials more effectively, respond to common delivery challenges, and evaluate the impact of their training. By the end of the course, they will be better equipped to deliver learning that is professional, relevant, and capable of making a lasting difference in the workplace.
