- Be made familiar with different asset classes within real estate including office, retail, residential/multi-family, hospitality and related financing
- Gain an understanding of the key notions: rent roll, rent waterfall, NOI, vacancy, refurbishment, capitalisation rates, project & equity Internal Rate of Return (IRR), WACC, promote structures and debt waterfall
- Model and value an income-producing office building and residential investment
- Assess the optimising of the financing structure of the investment
