All four learning styles are accommodated. There are practical exercises for the Pragmatists (case studies; examples of how creativity, innovation and Design Thinking are applied in business) , there are physical activities and hands-on experiences for the Activists (drawing, movement, building) , there is ample time allocated to accommodate the Reflectors (individual and group work – they can work at their own pace) and all of the beforementioned are augmented by well-researched theories to benefit the Theorists (case studies, actual theoretical explanation of the concepts and how the theories are applied in business).

Diverse learning methodologies are used, and interactive exercises and real-world case studies will foster hands-on experience and practical application. Participants will engage in collaborative group activities to solve real-world product, process and service innovation challenges in banking and other organisations.
