How to ask great questions - using a coaching approach to extract information and encourage creativity
Conflict management – embracing cognitive diversity, how different opinions count and how to embrace this as a facilitator
Keeping the conversation on track and bringing it to a close at the right time
Practical – each component will include a practical element. The afternoon will be mostly practical with expert feedback from our trainers
