This course covers a broad range of topics to allow the learner to safely work with food. This course is for anyone who handles, prepares or serves food and is working or seeking work in the food industry.
This Level 2 covers the legal responsibilities and best practices for controlling food safety hazards, controlling temperatures, food storage, food preparation, personal hygiene and premises cleaning. Upon completion of this training, you will be confident in your food safety knowledge and have all the skills and tools you need to keep people safe and comply with food hygiene laws.
