I've really enjoyed working with Gail and realise, it's really helped build my confidence I feel prepared to apply for jobs and attend interviews . I feel I've learnt a lot of new skills and I'm better at working in a team. I've also realised I'm good at taking the lead when others are struggling and I'm good at motivating and encouraging my peers

Gail and Alan were both wonderful and tried very hard to assist everyone and give support as needed. The content covered was varied, but basic enough to be easily accessible to people from all backgrounds.
I did notice that a handful of questions on the booklet or worksheets felt a bit ambiguously worded, so I couldn't understand how to answer until a verbal explanation was given, which could also be a bit hard to follow if several questions were covered at once. I believe more precise wording could have helped with this, though I'm unsure of if any others had any similar difficulties with it.
