About this course
Any person, who plans the scope, timing, phasing and/or remediation methods utilized on any asbestos project, shall possess a valid project designer certificate. The project designer develops contract documents for the abatement of asbestos containing materials. These contract documents would include specifications and drawings that establish the scope of work, methods to perform the asbestos abatement work, and bonding, insurance and contract requirements. The purpose of the specifications and drawings are to insure that the performance of the asbestos abatement work complies with all Federal, State, and Local laws.
