Promoting Mental Health at Work (1 hour)

Description

This interactive 1 hour talk provides an introduction to understanding resilience, wellbeing and our stress response in the workplace. and helping people to choose a few simple changes to reduce stress and build resilience and wellbeing.


We will explain why the brain responds the way it does to stressors in our lives and share some simple changes we can all make to reduce stress and build resilience and wellbeing. We also provide some simple solutions to how we can encourage our brains to respond in a more helpful way to life’s challenges (including at work).
