This is a 10-session course designed to help you develop a happier and healthir relationship with food.
What you will learn
You will gain a wider understanding of why you eat, based on your personal life experience and also the impact of pressure from the food industry and social media.
You will learn a wide rsange of simple techniques to help with over-eating, binge-eating, compulsive and emotional eating.
These include learning to cope with cravings and other habits.
You will design the course according to your personal goals, and you can focus on maintaining a weight that makes you happy and feel well, if that is something you would like.
Being part of a small, friendly group is very important for the course to be successful. An increasing awareness that you are not alone, that others have similar issues and behaviours around food as you do, can also make a huge difference in your journey to good health and wellbeing.
