Great course
Brilliant course, really engaging. Shaun the trainer answered questions, gave examples and made the information engaging and interesting. He was happy to discuss scenarios around individuals most likely use of first aid making it a lot useful to use. It was a refresher course so he was happy to cover the basics that had perhaps been forgotten and was happy to help and ensure all candidates were happy with information provided. He also used examples.
Been on a couple of first aid courses but I found this one more enjoyable and comfortable
