Emergency 1st Aid at Work

Description

This is a Health and Safety Executive (HSE) compliant course. It is the recommended level of First Aid Training for staff completing our Level 3 Positive Behaviour Support and Physical Interventions training. However, this is suitable for all staff working in Health and Social care settings or other workplaces that require Emergency First Aid at Work training.

•Child and Baby Basic Life Support
•Emergency Plan & Basic Life Support Circuit Training (assessment)
1230 – 1300 Lunch

1445 – 1500 BREAK – Due to content of the course wellbeing breaks are advised.
1500 – 1630 Part 4
•Bones, Muscle and Joint Injuries
•Accident Reporting
•Looking for Clues
•Placing a casualty in the recovery position (Assessment)

•Theory Assessment
