I appreciate the effort put into the training, but I felt it could be improved. In my opinion, the content seemed a bit too generic and lacked practical examples, which would have made it more engaging and useful. It gave me the impression of being more like a social media-style presentation rather than a structured training. I want to highlight that I previously attended a customer training from the same instructor, and it was excellent. That’s why I believe this particular session might not have been as well-prepared as the previous one. Adding more real-life examples and detailed explanations could make a big difference.
Mr. Morton was very engaging and kept the energy and attention in the room up throughout the day. The methods are quite simple, yet require reflection for planning and discipline to use the methods daily. Alot depends on implementing the methods following the training.
The trainer was great, clear and communicates well
