About this course
This purpose of this project was to design and develop a 4 module online interactive course supporting a national client in upskilling their customer facing workforce in their communication skills.
Supporting them to develop a diverse and inclusive message for blanket communications and ecouraging individuality when engaging the customer on a personal level.
A comprehensive training pack was designed to enable the roll out of the materials in a face to face or online setting, providing the internal training staff with the tools and techniques to facilitate a variety of workshops.
