Description
Many of us are taught how to work with animals, but not how to work with people. Working with people sounds simple, but many of us know the complexities, challenges and nuances we face.
Sometimes communication works well but at other times it can break down. This doesn’t just impact the people involved but can have disastrous consequences for animals we’re collectively caring for. So how can we improve our communication with each other?
