Jorge was excellent, very enjoyable as first aid courses go. One of the later questions on the online materials was unclear about accepting multiple answers. Feedback from incorrect answers not always clear in the online questions.

Jorge was an knowledgeable, respectful and positive trainer and the course was both practical and informative. The venue could have been slightly bigger but wasn’t a major issue as it was clean and had good facilities.
